is a very handy website for programmers, it offers advice, and is handy to look up. It doesnt require any log on (though you can using an openID) and is a popular hit on google, even though its not a particularly old website
serverfault.comis a good website for helping people with server problems, and also good for finding information about servers. Especially if like myself you are fairly new to them.
www.codinghorror.comone of the creators of stackoverflow (above) and has quite an amusing blog, again to do with programming
